Getting Started
Learn how to search for Ayurveda centers using location, health concerns, treatments, therapies, and wellness programs. Understand how to compare verified centers and discover the services that best match your wellness needs.
- •Use the main search bar on the Home page to type in location, specific treatment (like Panchakarma), or health concern.
- •Filter results by rating, AYUSH certification status, price range, and facility services.
- •Compare multiple centers side-by-side using key specifications and owner-verified credentials.
Booking Assistance
Find step-by-step guidance on booking consultations, treatment programs, and residential wellness retreats. Learn how to view your booking status, reschedule appointments, cancel bookings, and access your booking history.
- •Select your preferred center, choose a treatment plan or doctor, and click 'Book Appointment'.
- •Fill out the customer information form and choose your preferred date and time slot.
- •Track booking approvals and payment updates directly from your User Dashboard under 'My Bookings'.
Dosha Assessment Support
Understand how the Dosha Assessment works, what your Vata, Pitta, or Kapha results mean, and how the recommendations can help you make informed wellness decisions. The assessment is intended for general Ayurvedic wellness guidance.
- •Navigate to the Dosha page and answer the body constitution and personality questionnaire.
- •Your primary dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) will be calculated based on your responses.
- •Recommendations suggest lifestyle tips and therapies, but are purely informational and not a medical diagnosis.
Account Management
Get assistance with creating an account, updating your profile, managing saved centers and treatments, viewing booking history, and maintaining your account information.
- •Register as a standard 'User' or a 'Center Owner' using the Register modal.
- •Update your name, profile photo, location preferences, and contact settings in the Profile Dashboard.
- •Bookmark verified wellness centers to save them in your favorites list for easy access later.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Learn about the process for cancelling or rescheduling bookings. Please note that booking modifications are subject to the policies and availability of the selected Ayurveda center.
- •Go to My Bookings, find the relevant appointment, and click 'Reschedule' or 'Cancel Booking'.
- •Select a new available date and time slot, or enter the reason for cancellation.
- •Refund eligibility or modification approvals depend on the selected wellness center's terms.
