About the Platform

Ayurveda in India is an Ayurveda-only listing and discovery platform enabling users to explore verified Ayurveda organizations, centers, treatments, therapies, wellness programs, and residential retreats across India. It facilitates discovery, enquiries, and booking requests between users and listed centers. It does NOT provide medical consultation, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services — all medical/wellness services are offered solely by the respective Ayurveda organizations and practitioners.

User Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm and warrant that:

• • You are at least 18 years old, or are accessing the platform under parent or legal guardian supervision.
• • All information provided during registration, enquiries, or bookings is accurate, true, and up to date.
• • You will use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate details when creating an account, submitting enquiries, or booking appointments.
• • Use the platform responsibly, avoiding any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
• • Respect the independent policies, rules, and procedures set by your selected Ayurveda center.
• • Verify all treatment details, pricing, certifications, and program suitability directly with the center before making medical or wellness decisions.

Bookings and Enquiries

Users may submit enquiries and booking requests for consultations, treatments, therapies, or retreats through the platform. Please note that booking confirmations, rescheduling, cancellations, pricing adjustments, availability, and clinical schedules are managed entirely by the respective Ayurveda centers. The platform acts as a technology facilitator and is not responsible for individual centers' appointment decisions, policies, or operational delays.

Center Listings

Ayurveda organizations are solely responsible for keeping their listings (facilities, services, therapies, prices, availability, certifications, and images) accurate and up to date. Ayurveda in India reserves the right to review, approve, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any listing that violates platform policies, contains misleading information, or receives consistent customer complaints.

Verification Process

The platform may verify Ayurveda organizations based on submitted credentials, including business registration details, owner verification, and official AYUSH registrations. Although we strive to list only genuine organizations, verification indicates that documents were reviewed — it does not constitute a guarantee of treatment outcomes, clinical results, or service quality.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, user interfaces, design structure, software, and codebase, is the property of Ayurveda in India or its licensors. These materials are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or reuse any part of the site without prior written consent from us.

Limitation of Liability

Ayurveda in India acts strictly as a technology listing platform connecting users with independent Ayurveda centers. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, effectiveness, or health outcomes of any treatment program, package, therapy, or wellness advice offered by listed organizations.

Users are solely responsible for their clinical choices, medical consultations, and travel bookings. The platform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services received at listed wellness centers.

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are fully detailed in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the data handling procedures described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitute your full acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
